DO WE MEET  BEFORE BOOKING?

Normally, Yes. However, with the pandemic we have insured the safety of ourselves and our clients and we currently conduct meetings virtually. All of the couples who book us do so right over email or on a zoom call. We typically will meet at the engagement session or the wedding day. But if you require an in person meeting we’ve be happy to accommodate you.

WHAT IF WE ARE AFFECTED BY COVID19?

We send you your contract and proposal which you can decide to book through our invoicing system. It’s a 50% retainer for all collections. The balance is due 1 month (US or International Wedding) 10 days (Local Bahamian Weddings) before the wedding. (All retainers are non-refundable if we are NOT available for your new date. We can explain when we chat!).

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU

Its always best to contact us directly to a complementary 15 min consultation to get to know each other. To secure the day all we require are the wedding details & a small booking deposit. However, we don’t have a problem meeting up to grab some coffee adhering to social distancing.

WHY BOOK 2 PHOTOGRAPHERS ?

It’s pretty simple, better event coverage.Keva photographs the bride getting ready & Leo the Groom & arrivals. Keva arrives with the bride and shoots the candid & detail shots during the day and Leo deals with any family photos. During speeches Keva gets the shots of the speaker and Leo the reactions, so at the end of the shoot the full story of the day is documented.

 

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

We are super excited after the initial day. For me and Keva was the same way when it come to our wedding photos HAHA. The industry standard is 8-12 weeks. We typically strive to deliver within 2-4 weeks. We have a full fledged team working around the clock to make sure the process isn’t rushed so you get the most highest quality final product. DO WE GET ALL OUR PHOTOS?

Absolutely! The only photos we do not deliver are, blurry or unflattering photos that we know you won’t have any desire to post. We do not put a cap on how many images we delivery. However, it depends on the package you book; obviously if you book 12 hours you will get more images verses 6 hours .

 

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?

We typically shoot 25-30 weddings a year so we get booked early, sometimes up to 1 or 2 years in advance. The best advice, we can give you is if you like us then why wait?

 DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTS OR ALBUMS?

YES! While you will receive digital copies of all your favorite photos, you should know that you will have access to the best artisans who hand make everyone of your product! There’s no pressure to buy products when you book a session with us; however, if you want something eventually, we’ve got you covered! Think about upgrading your package at the time of booking you’ll get massive discounts verses trying to buy an album at market value later.
